It is my pleasure to welcome you to BISS Sentrum.  

Our school has been founded on the tradition of excellence offered by the British International Schools of Stavanger for over 40 years. Our common mission statement: ‘Creating Role Models for the Future’ guides all our activities, including our focus on student well-being and high quality teaching and learning facilitated by our passionate and dedicated staff.

 

BISS Sentrum is fully authorised as an IB World School, offering both the PYP and MYP. IB World Schools share a common philosophy - a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for all our students.

It is our aim to develop internationally-minded students who are competent in collaborative problem solving in information rich environments - skills we believe are essential for facing the challenges of the 21st Century. 

We see our diversity as our greatest strength. Our student body includes students from over 43 nationalities, and we welcome new enquiries from all around the world.
