What an excellent science investigation! In PYP2, students are learning about the Geological terms 'porosity' and 'permeability' in connection with their current UOI 'Where we are in place and time', which is all about 'Changing Landforms'. To help understand these new and tricky terms, they used different types of chocolate bars to see how air (their breath) might (or might not) flow through the chocolate and make the milk bubble! #thisisBISS #BissGausel
