MYP1 started their art lesson in the woods gathering materials to print and make marks with. Back in the classroom, they experimented with inks to see the different marks and textures they could create. #ThisisBISS #BissGausel

MYP5 language acquisition classes spent the morning in Stavanger Sentrum hopping on and off the tour buses for a very good reason - apart from it is fun. It's an opportunity to immerse themselves in French and German in a real situation that is relevant to their current units on cities and identities. Listening to the guides in the language they are studying and seeing what they are describing, provided a valuable and authentic experience. They completed the tour twice, taking notes and improving their comprehension. #thisisBISS #BissGausel

PYP6 are the first year group to go swimming this year and they were very excited to get to the pool and get started! #thisisBISS #BissGausel

The secondhand uniform shop run by FAU will be open on Friday 1^st September 8:00 - 9:00 and 2:30 - 3:30 in the Preschool Foyer in the Lower School

We have some items that we have just received from GOSH Respond  as they have cleared their BISS stock, they are being sold at 50% of their original price - Coloured PE T-shirts, Pale Blue Polo Shirts, Hoodies (these can be used for PE and for outdoor wear) jogging bottoms and some jackets.

Any donations for the secondhand shop can be brought to the school office or donated when the shop is open.
