Thank you so much to our wonderful Preschool FAU volunteers who helped run a cake stall at last weekend's Julebasar at BISS Gausel - British International Schools of Stavanger. We appreciate all your effects, the cakes were amazing!! #ThisisBISS #bisspreschool

Sunday was our Julebasar and it was fantastic! Crafts, Facepainting, Splat the Snowman, Waffles, Sabrura Sticks & Sushi Vågen Spisoh - Sør Indisk Restaurant, Hot Choc, BISS Honey, Decorate a plate and much, much more. Thank you to everyone who baked, gave up their time, played the games, had their face painted or painted faces and lots of other things that made it such a fun and successful afternoon! #thisisBISS #BissGausel #bissisbuzzing

 

Shared learning day is a special time in our calendar. It's a time when students show their parents what they have been inquiring into during their units so far this year. Lots of proud and happy chatter around school and lots of smiling faces. #ThisisBISS #BissGausel

 

During our PSHE sessions, MYP students have been working on friendships and relationships. Today, the classes brought food to share and used their PSHE lesson to play games and connect with their classmates. Each student said what they are thankful for to celebrate Thanksgiving, which is happening this week. We give thanks to the student council who initiated and organised the potluck today. #thisisBISS #BissSentrum

 

The Christmas trees are up in time for the Julebasar at the weekend. It has become the tradition that our oldest students, MYP5 class, decorate them. This year's signature baubles are a couple of Minions and Biguel and Miguel our 2 cute fluffy rat baubles who are residing in the library tree. #thisisBISS #BissGausel
