Squirrels Celebration of learning #BISSPreschool

Our Squirrels have come to the end of their unit “Me, Myself and My Community,” and it’s been such a meaningful journey.

Over the term, the children explored the different communities they belong to, like their family, school, friends, and the wider world around them. They talked about kindness, helping others, and the small responsibilities that make a big difference. Along the way, they created thoughtful projects and playful representations of what community means to them.

To celebrate their learning, the Squirrels welcomed parents into the classroom for an end-of-unit sharing. The children proudly showed the work they had created, shared their ideas through play, and reflected with their families on what it means to be part of a caring and connected community.
