Hedgehogs Celebration of Learning #BISSPreschool

Our Hedgehogs have reached the end of their unit “Body, Movement and Health,” and it’s been wonderful to see how much independence they’ve gained along the way.

Throughout the unit, the children explored how to take care of their bodies, practising handwashing, learning simple hygiene routines, and becoming more confident in managing their own daily care. They also talked about how their bodies feel during different activities and what helps them stay healthy and comfortable.

To celebrate the end of the unit, the children shared their learning with families through playful demonstrations of their new skills. Watching them proudly show this growing independence was a highlight of the term. A lovely end to a unit that helps build healthy habits, confidence, and care for themselves and others
