Creating a Performance #BISSGausel

Our PYP5 students have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes as they prepare for their upcoming school play. While memorising lines and developing acting skills are important, the process involves so much more than what the audience will see on stage. Students have been collaborating closely, learning about different roles and responsibilities, managing their time, and supporting one another to bring the production to life.

Beyond performance skills, there has been a strong creative element woven throughout the process. From designing and creating visual components to organising costumes and preparing the stage, students are engaging in authentic, trans-disciplinary learning. This experience is strengthening their confidence, creativity, and teamwork, while deepening their understanding of what it truly means to work collaboratively toward a shared goal.
